Poco M2 Pro series is set to go on first sale on 14th July 2020 at 12.00pm, revealed by Flipkart. It is the third phone from the brand following the POCO F1 and POCO X2 in India. The POCO M2 Pro is a reasonable mid-range smartphone and is officially the rebranded version of the the Redmi Note 9 Pro global variant. The most recent POCO phone is that the most affordable smartphone from the brand yet and it’ll combat phones just like the Realme 6 and Samsung Galaxy M21 within the sub-Rs 15,000 segment. POCO M2 Pro specifications include the Snapdragon 720G chipset, a punch-hole display, 48MP quad camera setup, and 33W fast charging support.
Poco M2 Pro costs in India, Launch date and Availability :
POCO M2 Pro price in India starts at Rs 13,999 for the bottom model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It also comes in 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants that are prices at Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999, respectively. The smartphone are going to be available via Flipkart with the first sale on July 14th at 12pm.

POCO M2 Pro sports a 6.67-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, and 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone gets the Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back. It is powered by the Snapdragon 720G and comes in three variants – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB, and 6GB + 128GB. The handset runs Android 10 OS with MIUI 11 on top along side the POCO launcher. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
The POCO M2 Pro features a quad-camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP macro lens, and 2MP dept sensor. The cameras are backed with features like Pro Colour Mode, Pro Video Mode, RAW Mode, and LOG Mode. On the front, it’s a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and P2i Nano-coating, splash and dust resistant. The POCO M2 Pro houses a 5,000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging support.
